1. Order Processing / Production
- Standard orders are produced and prepared for dispatch in 2-3 business days.
2. Shipping to Customer
Once shipped, estimated delivery times within India are:
- 3 – 5 business days after dispatch for most courier options
For some locations, delivery can extend up to ~9 business days due to courier or regional factors.
3. Cash on Delivery available on orders up to ₹1,998. A fee of ₹99 applies per order.
Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
Cancellations are available within 12 hours of placing an order. Full refund on prepaid orders.
We accept Returns or issue Refunds in the following cases:
1. The item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to a manufacturing or fulfilment error (wrong product, wrong design, or wrong size sent) → Free replacement or refund (no logistics fee). However-
- You must contact us within 5 days of delivery.
- Provide clear photos or unboxing video showing the issue.
- Include your order number and a brief description of the problem.
2. Change of mind or incorrect size/colour selected by the customer is eligible for a refund. However, for exchanges we may charge a ₹100 logistics/handling fee.
- Requests submitted after 5 days from delivery will not be eligible for approval.
3. Lost COD & prepaid orders in transit → Free replacement or full refund
🚫 COD charges are non-refundable.
Initiate Returns
All return requests to be initiated within 5 days from date of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at tygertyger2026@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return & photos/videos of damaged goods. Please keep your order in its original packaging. We will provide you with return instructions.
