Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Tyger, Tyger! We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Please review our refunds and returns policy carefully.


1. Cancellations

    • Cancellations available within 5 hours of placing an order. Once the order is shipped, we won’t be able to cancel.
    • Email us at tygertyger2026@gmail.com & our team will work to resolve your issue in 2-3 business days.

2. Returns & Refunds Eligibility

We accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

✅ The item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to a manufacturing or fulfilment error (wrong product, wrong design, or wrong size sent).
✅ Change of mind or incorrect size/colour selected by the customer is eligible for a refund. However, for exchanges we may charge a ₹100 logistics/handling fee.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • You must contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos or unboxing video showing the issue.

  • Include your order number and a brief description of the problem.

Requests submitted after 5 days will not be eligible for approval. Shipping & COD charges, if any, are not refundable.


3. How to Request a Refund

Please follow these steps:

📌 Subject: “Refund Request — Order #[Order Number]”
📌 Include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product issue (mandatory). Pls return it in exact same condition & packaging you received it in.

  • Explanation of the problem with proof (images/unboxing video)

Once we receive your request, we will:
✔ Review your case within 3–5 business days
✔ Contact you with a resolution


4. Replacement or Refund

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following options:

🟢 Replacement — We will ship a corrected item at no extra cost.
🟡 Refund — We will issue a refund for the product price only. Shipping/COD charges, if any are non refundable. 

Refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned unless defective. These include:

  • Items damaged by customer misuse

  • Items without a valid proof of issue

  • Items which are slightly different in colour due to light & screen settings. 

6. Shipping Issues

If your package is lost in transit or not delivered:

  • Please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will coordinate with our shipping partner to investigate the shipment status.

  • If the courier officially marks the shipment as lost, you will receive either:

    • a free replacement, or

    • a full refund to the original payment method (for prepaid orders).

Requests raised after the eligible reporting period may not qualify for resolution.
