Shipping policy

FREE SHIPPING FOR PREPAID ORDERS ONLY.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Production time: typically 2–3 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • During peak seasons, sales, or high-volume periods, production may take slightly longer.

Once production is complete, your order is handed over to a courier partner for delivery.


2. Shipping Time Within India

After dispatch, estimated delivery time is:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other locations: 3–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary based on:

  • Courier partner operations

  • Weather conditions or natural events

  • Public holidays, strikes, or regional restrictions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout

Tyger, Tyger is not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control, but we will always help track and resolve issues.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email, and

  • A tracking number to monitor delivery status in real time.

If you do not receive tracking within 7 business days of ordering, please contact us.


4. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete.

If an order is:

  • Returned due to incorrect address,

  • Marked undeliverable, or

  • Not accepted at delivery,

We will charge a reshipping fee of Rs. 100/- to send the package again, as production and courier costs have already been incurred.


5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package:

  • Shows delivered but you did not receive it, or

  • Is lost in transit,

Please contact us within 5 days of the delivery status update.

We will coordinate with our courier partner to investigate and provide a resolution where possible. Resolutions may include replacement or refund, depending on the courier’s investigation outcome.


6. Multiple Shipments

Since products are printed at different facilities, items in the same order may occasionally:

  • Ship separately, and

  • Arrive on different dates.

You will receive tracking details for each shipment if this occurs.


7. International Shipping

Tyger, Tyger ships only within India.
