Provide clear photos or unboxing video showing the issue.
Include your order number and a brief description of the problem.

2. Change of mind or incorrect size/colour selected by the customer is eligible for a refund. However, for exchanges we may charge a ₹100 logistics/handling fee.

Requests submitted after 5 days from delivery will not be eligible for approval.

3. Lost COD & prepaid orders in transit → Free replacement or full refund
